My son is 22 and has been defeated in Iraq for 15 months. He had been through a lot and had seen his best friend to get his arm torn off. He has a lot of guilt and flashbacks, which are facing. He talks a little about that for me, but he definitely need professional help. I can not go to therapy. I have tried everything to do it. Has anyone advice about this? Please only serious answers! I do not know what to do to help.
