I have met in an offer on a house that my parents, as we have seen in many households. I made a ridiculous offer ($ 96,900 - Ask $ 119,000) in the hope that it would not accept, but they did. I'm really excited about the house and ask what is the best way to again and again my deposit. I have found in the offer that had to be closed before 11/25/09 and I did an inspection. Does that help?
